1 November 2009. The start of a new month and I want to go through this month without screwing my own life wherever I am. Gambatte to myself!
I ran 3 km this morning with my mother and I took 16 minutes to complete. I wouldn't brag about it since it isn't a fantastic timing at all.
It was a great workout for me however and this marks the start of my long-term slimming programme. Until I go below 70 kg, I'm not going to stop this project and I have to control my amount of food intake and diet too.
Did I miss her terribly? I'm proud to say I didn't and I'm coping very well with this!
Liverpool's GONE, after 5 losses in 11 league matches; this makes their win rate not even reaching 50%! This is shit standard for a team like Liverpool. After 8 more games, if their win rate is not improving well enough, they are really gonecase and they won't be in the top 4 anymore.
