For those who added me in Facebook, you can check out some of my photos during POP. I'm too lazy to post it here again. =P

While I was training up my fitness, I suddenly remembered my best NAPFA scores for my various stations.

Standing Broad Jump: 230 cm (achieved during 2nd year in PJC)
Sit-Ups: 55 (achieved while in TWSS)
Pull-Ups: 5 (achieved during 2nd year in PJC)
Shuttle Run: 9.4 s (I achieved it during army)
2.4 km Run: 10 min 30 s (achieved while in TWSS)

I know they are not very fantastic results to some of you readers but if I could achieve something like this (after I improve my pull-ups to at least 8), I can get Silver for IPPT!

I'm quite confident I can achieve Silver if I keep up my training all the way. Gambatte to myself!
