2nd post for today! However, it's really going to be short! I mean it!
This whole week I'm mostly free, so I'm going to do morning runs everyday. I'll be running about 5+ km everyday, but I'll be keeping track of my best 2.4 km timing. My last record was 11 minutes. Still some time away from my best: 10 minutes 30 seconds? That's if memory serves me well enough. I've been hearing my JC mates in NS clocking 9+ mins for their 2.4 km run! So, I need to be in shape at least before I go in, so I won't have a hard time in there.
Will put up my timings for the next 7 days! I'll also do some pull-ups, sit-ups and pumpings to tone up my physique as well.
